We have updated our Legal Notice. The updates are effective starting today.
Here is a summary of the amendments:
Business reception hours are from 10:00 to 6:00 JST Monday through Friday, holidays excepting.
Business reception hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm JST
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Japanese National Holidays, Year End & New Year’s Holiday
Reward purchases may be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In the event of product damage, defect, incorrect delivery, or for other reasons attributable to our company in which a product return is justified, we will return or exchange the product. (Shipping fees will be paid by our company.) However, even upon request of exchange, an exchange may not be possible due to reasons such as the product being out of stock. In such cases, a refund for the product will be granted.
Cancellation of reward purchases due to the customer’s preference shall be granted only within 14 days from the date of the order. (In the event the customer cancels a reward purchase, shipping fees will be paid by the customer.)
